Social Media Strategist

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Strategist to lead our social media presence across platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial services landscape and a passion for crafting compelling content that drives engagement, builds brand trust, and supports business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Manage and grow presence across platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Create and curate engaging content tailored to each platform and audience segment.
• Monitor trends, conversations, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Analyze performance metrics and generate actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
• Manage social media calendar and ensure timely delivery of content.
• Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build community trust.
• Collaborate with Influencer & Celebraties

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in social media strategy or digital marketing, preferably in the NBFC or Banking sector.
• Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices and audience behavior.
• Proficiency in tools like Locobuzz, Facebook Suite, YouTube Sudio, or similar.
• Experience with social media analytics and reporting (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
