Role overview:
As Social Media specialist, you will be responsible for social media, and brand
development and creating, curating, and managing content across various social
media platforms to increase brand awareness, engage with our community, and
drive traffic sales and being aligned with the managers and team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media management & Planning: Develop and implement a
comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility and
engagement and Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new platforms, and best
practices, ensuring the brand's presence is relevant and competitive. Create
monthly and weekly content calendars aligned with marketing goals, product
launches, campaigns, and seasonal events.
2. Content Creation & Management: Create and manage high-quality, engaging
content for social media platforms including text, images, video, and graphics
and Collaborate with design and creative teams to ensure content is visually
compelling and consistent with the brand's identity. Oversee content scheduling, ensuring posts go live on time and in line with the planned strategy.
3. Community Engagement & Growth: Manage the brand's social media
communities by online engagement in a timely and professional manner. Foster
meaningful conversations and build relationships with followers, influencers,
and brand advocates. Monitor social media channels for customer feedback,
questions, and potential issues, addressing them proactively.
4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyze key social media
metrics (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions) to assess the success of
campaigns. Prepare regular reports for management, offering insights and
recommendations for improvement. Use analytic tools to refine strategies and
improve future social media efforts.
5. Campaign Execution & Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to align
social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives and manage influencer
partnerships, paid social media campaigns. Plan and execute social media ad
campaigns to drive conversions.
6. Brand Partnerships & Sponsorships: Identify and establish cross functional
partnerships with other brands, organizations, or influencers to expand social
media reach and engagement. Coordinate with external partners on co-branded
campaigns, sponsored posts, and promotional activities. Manage brand
sponsorships and collaborations, ensuring alignment with the brand's messaging
and values.
