About This Role
This role combines two things most companies separate: social media management and influencer programme ownership. They belong together because they're both about the same thing — building an active community around a premium brand.
You'll publish content, engage the community, and grow the audience. You'll also identify creators, build the seeding programme, and own the partnerships that turn into culture moments. The connecting tissue is taste — knowing what's right for NOOE, and what isn't, regardless of what the numbers say.
What You'll Own
Social media presence across Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube — publishing, community, growth
Influencer programme — discovery, outreach, seeding, collaborations
DM and comment management — converting engagement to brand advocates
Cultural moments and organic spikes — engineered, not accidental
Reporting on social performance and creator ROI
What We're Looking For
2–5 years running social and/or influencer for a consumer/lifestyle brand
A strong content eye — you can tell in 30 seconds whether a post or a creator fits NOOE
Premium brand instinct — you understand the difference between mass and elevated
Examples of organic moments you engineered — with the numbers
Comfort working with nano and micro creators, not just chasing macros
Delhi/NCR based

Organic reach and follower growth (quality, not just quantity)
Engagement rate by platform
Creator partnership quality and earned media
Conversion of social to brand advocacy
