What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute social media strategies focused on short-form and high-engagement content formats.
- Identify emerging global platform trends and adapt them to brand storytelling.
- Build a content roadmap aligned with product launches and performance goals.
- Optimise content based on analytics, engagement patterns, and audience insights.
- Work closely with the marketing team to amplify high-performing content.
- Develop scalable frameworks for audience growth, retention, and conversion.
- Monitor platform algorithm shifts and adjust strategies proactively.
- Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand voice across channels.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in social media handling.
- Strong expertise in short-form video and trend-driven ecosystems.
- Experience working with a product-based company (preferred).
- Proven track record of growing brand accounts and driving measurable engagement.
- Strong understanding of audience psychology and digital behaviour.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools.
- Ability to move fast, experiment, and scale winning content formats.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
