We are hiring a full-time Social Media Strategist for an on-site role based in Raipur. The Social Media Strategist will develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement. Key responsibilities include creating and managing content calendars, analyzing performance metrics, researching trends, and collaborating with the creative team to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms. This role will require staying updated on social media innovations and managing campaigns to achieve measurable results.

• Expertise in Social Media Management, Analytics, and Platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging channels
• Solid experience in Content Strategy, Content Creation, and Campaign Planning
• Strong ability to analyze data, measure performance metrics, and optimize campaigns based on insights
• Proficiency in Writing, Copywriting, and Editing for various social media formats
• Familiarity with Digital Marketing strategies, SEO practices, and Audience Engagement techniques
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
• Previous experience in the creative or production industry is a plus
