About the Role
We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and digitally savvy Social Media Intern/Fresher to join our marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or students who are passionate about social media, content creation, branding, and digital marketing.
The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, stay updated on social media trends, and help grow our online presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, and emerging digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging social media content including posts, images, videos, reels, and stories.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns.
- Schedule and publish content across multiple social media platforms.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Track social media performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and audience engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to develop creative campaigns.
- Support employer branding, recruitment marketing, and corporate communication initiatives.
- Help grow followers, engagement, and brand awareness across social platforms.
- Stay current with trending topics, hashtags, and social media best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, Media Studies, or related field.
- Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong creativity and storytelling abilities.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Basic understanding of social media metrics and analytics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Experience creating content using Canva, Adobe Express, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Canva Video.
- Understanding of SEO, hashtags, and social media algorithms.
- Experience managing personal or college social media pages is a plus.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and employer branding is highly desirable.
