Job Overview:

We are looking for a Junior Strategist who will help shape how brands show up across campaigns and touchpoints. The role focuses on building strong brand narratives, campaign ideas, and audience connections rather than media buying or paid performance. You will work closely with creative, account, and content teams to translate insights into impactful campaign strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing campaign strategies aligned with brand positioning and business goals
  • Support creation of brand narratives, messaging frameworks, and communication pillars
  • Conduct audience research to understand consumer behavior, cultural trends, and insights
  • Analyze competitors and category trends to identify strategic opportunities
  • Contribute to campaign ideation (big ideas, themes, storytelling angles)
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure strategic consistency across executions
  • Help build presentations, pitch decks, and strategic documents for internal and client use
  • Track campaign performance from a brand impact perspective (awareness, engagement, sentiment, recall where applicable)
  • Stay updated on cultural trends, content formats, and brand storytelling approaches

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Business, or related field
  • Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and consumer psychology
  • Good research and analytical thinking skills
  • Ability to turn insights into clear, simple, and compelling narratives
  • Strong writing and presentation skills
  • Basic understanding of marketing funnels and brand building (not performance marketing)
