About the Role

We're looking for a Social Media Specialist who lives and breathes digital storytelling someone who can create, curate, and execute content that connects emotionally and visually.

This role blends strategy + aesthetics + analytics, and covers three verticals of our ecosystem:

  • Benison Event Co. luxury event design & dcor brand (elegant, aspirational, design-driven tone)
  • Link District experiential networking property for creators & entrepreneurs (youthful, vibrant, community-driven tone)
  • Club 30 a lifestyle circle for under-30 professionals (cool, aspirational, conversational tone)

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Curation

  • Plan and execute monthly content calendars for all three brands.
  • Ideate and write captions, hooks, and storylines aligned with brand tone and campaign goals.
  • Collaborate with the design & video teams to create visually cohesive posts (reels, carousels, stories, campaigns).
  • Stay on top of trends, audio, and formats suitable for each page's vibes

2. Strategy & Execution

  • Develop content strategies that reflect each brand's audience from luxury event clients to Gen Z creators.
  • Coordinate shoots (pre-production to posting) ensuring content relevance and visual consistency.
  • Schedule and publish across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, etc.) using tools like Meta Suite or Later.
  • Engage with audiences through comments, DMs, polls, and stories build an active digital community.

3. Analytics & Optimisation

  • Track reach, engagement, and growth metrics; identify what's working.
  • Use data insights to tweak strategies for each brand monthly.
  • Keep a pulse on competitor pages and new algorithm updates.

4. Brand Building & Campaigns

  • Work with the Founder and Marketing Head to conceptualize social campaigns, influencer tie-ups, collaborations, and live event coverage.
  • Develop micro-content and storytelling ideas that merge all three brands ethos aesthetics meets authenticity meets engagement.

What We're Looking For

  • A storyteller with a designer's eye and a marketer's brain.
  • Proficient in Canva, Meta Business Suite, and comfortable briefing designers/video editors.
  • Understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and Reels trends.
  • Basic photo/video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, or Premiere Rush are a plus).
  • Excellent written English; Gujarati/Hinglish flair is a bonus.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment.
