We are looking for a social media associate who lives and breathes digital culture. In this role, you won't just be posting content; you'll be a key driver in shaping brand identities, executing high-impact strategies, and analyzing what truly moves the needle. You are the bridge between strategy and execution. Working alongside senior strategists and creative teams, you will take ownership of day-to-day channel management, community growth, and content performance for both client brands and internal projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy execution: Implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with the client's business goals and brand voices.
- Content management: Own the end-to-end process of monthly content calendars, ensuring a strategic mix of educational, engaging, and promotional content.
- Creative coordination: Brief and collaborate with designers, editors, and copywriters to produce high-quality assets that meet brand standards.
- On-camera presence: Act as a brand advocate by appearing in Reels, TikToks, and short-form video content; you should be comfortable hosting or demonstrating products.
- Publishing & quality control: Manage scheduling and publishing across all platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring 100% accuracy in copy and tagging.
- Performance analytics: Monitor KPIs, translate data into actionable insights, and prepare monthly performance reports for stakeholders.
- Community management: Proactively engage with followers, manage DMs, and foster community growth through active social listening.
- Trend forecasting: Stay ahead of the curve by identifying emerging memes, platform updates, and creator trends to keep brands relevant.
