Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Strategist Associate who will support the planning and execution of social media for multiple client brands and internal pages. This role is ideal for someone who understands content, trends, and platform behavior, and wants to grow into owning full-scale brand strategy over time.

You will work closely with Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure content is consistent, creative, and performance-driven.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Planning & Execution

  • Support in building monthly content calendars across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Meta, YouTube).

    Coordinate content planning based on campaign briefs, launches, and ongoing brand goals.

    Ensure timely publishing as per approved schedules.

    Assist in aligning content with brand tone and audience insights.

  • Content Coordination & Quality Control

  • Work closely with designers, editors, and writers to execute content as per briefs.

    Ensure posts, reels, stories, carousels, and shorts meet brand and quality standards.

    Coordinate revisions and ensure feedback is implemented before publishing.

    Maintain consistency in tone and visual identity.

  • Client & Internal Support

  • Assist the Manager in handling assigned brand accounts.

    Help in showcasing campaigns, influencer collaborations, product launches, hiring updates, and milestones through social media.

    Ensure smooth internal communication between teams for timely execution.

  • Engagement & Community Support

  • Monitor comments and DMs across platforms.

    Draft responses aligned with the brand's tone of voice.

    Identify relevant trends and moments where the brand can participate.

  • Performance Tracking

  • Track weekly performance metrics like reach, engagement, growth, saves, and clicks.

    Prepare basic reports and highlight insights.

    Support in optimising content based on performance data.

  • Trend & Platform Awareness

  • Stay updated on platform changes and short-form content trends.

    Actively research reels formats, meme culture, and creator trends.

    Proactively suggest content ideas and experiments.

    Who You Are

    13 years of experience managing or supporting social media for brands or agencies.

    Experience working in a digital marketing or influencer agency setup is preferred.

    Comfortable handling multiple tasks and fast-moving timelines.

    Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn; exposure to other platforms is a plus.

    Organised, detail-oriented, and disciplined with deadlines.

    Creative, curious, and eager to learn.
