• We are looking for a creative and results-drivenSocial Media Specialistwith experience in managing and growing brand presence across social platforms.
• The ideal candidate should be able towork independently, handle end-to-end social media strategies, and deliver measurable results in terms of engagement, reach, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and executesocial media strategiesaligned with business goals.
• Manage and grow presence on platforms such asFacebook , Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Should have hands-on exposure inFacebook Marketplace Management.
• Create, curate, and publishengaging content(posts, reels, stories, videos, infographics, blogs).
• Plan and managepaid campaigns (social ads)to drive awareness, traffic, and conversions.
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and audience insights.
• Track, analyze, and report onkey performance metrics(reach, engagement, ROI, conversions).
• Collaborate with design/content teams or work hands-on with tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) for creative requirements.
• Respond and engage with followers to buildcommunity interaction.
• Stay updated with the latestsocial media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
