Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Specialist located in Varanasi. The Social Media Specialist will manage day-to-day social media activities, including creating, curating, and optimizing content for various platforms. Responsibilities include monitoring and engaging with audiences, analyzing performance metrics, implementing social media strategies, and collaborating with the marketing team to align campaigns with overall company goals. Qualifications
- Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing strategies and general Marketing practices
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to analyze data, measure campaign success, and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools used for scheduling, tracking, and analytics
- Creative thinking and ability to adapt to evolving trends in social media
- Relevant experience in social media roles is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
