Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Social Media Specialist to manage, grow, and elevate our different panel's online presence. This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, and brings fresh, creative ideas to life through compelling digital content and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management
    • Manage and optimize multiple Instagram and Facebook profiles
    • Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content tailored to each platform using platforms like Sprout Social
    • Maintain consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all channels
  • Ads Manager & Paid Media
    • Build, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to improve reach, engagement, and ROI
    • Conduct A/B testing on creative and targeting to enhance results
  • Content Strategy & Social Presence Elevation
    • Develop integrated social media strategies that increase brand awareness and follower growth
    • Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
    • Identify new opportunities for audience engagement and brand expansion
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Track and report on key performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.)
    • Use insights to refine strategies and deliver data-driven recommendations
    • Present clear, actionable monthly performance reports
  • Brand Innovation
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ideate and execute creative campaigns
    • Bring fresh perspectives to enhance storytelling and brand visibility
    • Experiment with new formats, tools, and creative approaches

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience managing social media
  • Proven expertise with Meta Ads Manager and paid social campaign execution
  • Strong understanding of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics is a plus)
  • Demonstrated ability to grow and elevate social media presence
  • Highly creative with a strong eye for design, trends, and storytelling
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple accounts and projects at once
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and transform insights into action

Preferred Skills (Nice To Have)

  • Graphic design or video editing experience
  • Experience with influencer collaborations
  • Familiarity with emerging platforms (TikTok, Threads, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of SEO or broader digital marketing concepts
