Summary

The Social Media Specialist is responsible for executing day-to-day digital presence

management across business listings and social publishing channels. This role supports

customer programs by ensuring accuracy, visibility, and consistency across platforms such as

Google Business Profile, Apple Business Connect, Facebook, Instagram, Yelp, and other

directory or social networks. The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, and

passionate about delivering a world-class customer experience in a fast-paced SaaS

environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of customer business listings, including data collection, data entry,

verification, and ongoing accuracy maintenance.

  • Execute social publishing tasks including content posting, schedule management, and

adherence to customer brand guidelines.

  • Monitor platforms to identify discrepancies, updates, or issues requiring action to

maintain listing integrity.

  • Partner with internal teams to resolve technical issues or data conflicts affecting

customer listings or publishing workflows.

  • Communicate with customers regarding updates, data requests, and best practices for

digital presence optimization.

  • Submit, track, and validate platform updates to ensure successful publication and

alignment with customer expectations.

  • Review and process large datasets to support onboarding, location updates, and

ongoing account maintenance.

  • Follow platform guidelines for Google, Apple, Facebook, Instagram, and other ecosystem

partners to ensure compliance.

  • Demonstrate accountability for task completion, SLA adherence, and accuracy

standards.

  • Maintain detailed documentation and records for customer actions, requests, and

workflow progress.

  • Provide world-class customer service through urgency, thoroughness, and a solutions-

oriented mindset.

  • Collaborate effectively with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and other internal

partners.

  • Identify opportunities for workflow improvement, error reduction, or performance

enhancements.

  • Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of customer service, SaaS support, digital operations, listings management, or

similar experience

  • Hybrid work schedule: 2 days in office on Tuesday and Wednesday (subject to change)
  • Experience with data entry, spreadsheet management, and large dataset processing.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with social media, ORM, and directory platforms (Google, Bing, Apple,

Facebook, Yelp).

  • Strong analytical, attention to detail, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Leaves


  • Company Holidays: 10 paid holidays per year (see annual Holiday Calendar)

  • Maternity Leave: 6 months
