Job Description

Required: 45 Years (Agency Experience Mandatory)

Position Overview:-

We are seeking a highly driven social media, SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist with strong agency experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing all digital marketing initiatives, including social media management, content strategy, SEO, performance marketing coordination, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities :-

Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies for multiple brands.
  • Manage daily posting, content calendars, engagement, and community interaction.
  • Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content teams to produce high-quality digital creatives.
  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, conversions) and submit weekly/monthly reports.

SEO & Website Management

  • Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO audits, and content optimization.
  • Monitor and improve organic rankings, website traffic, and overall search visibility.
  • Collaborate with developers for website improvements and SEO best practices.
  • Perform competitor analysis and prepare strategy recommendations.

Digital Marketing & Performance

  • Assist in planning and optimizing paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Monitor campaign KPIs, analyze ROI, and provide actionable insights.
  • Support lead-generation strategies and funnel optimizations.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance across all digital channels and prepare detailed reports.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and SEMrush/Ahrefs (or similar).
  • Recommend strategies based on data-driven insights.

Client Coordination

  • Interact directly with clients to understand requirements and present digital strategies.
  • Provide updates, insights, and digital recommendations regularly.
  • Manage timelines, expectations, and deliverables smoothly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 45 years of digital marketing experience (agency experience mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of social media management, SEO, and digital campaign execution.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools:
  1. Google Analytics, Search Console
  2. Meta Business Manager
  3. SEMrush / Ahrefs / Moz
  4. Hootsuite / Buffer (optional)
  • Excellent understanding of content strategy, digital trends, and online consumer behaviour.
  • Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Creativity, problem-solving abilities, and a strategic mindset
