In just 4 years, we've served 5L+ customers, built a strong digital community of 46K+ followers on Instagram, and proven that we're more than a brand we're a movement in motion. Now, we're looking for a Social Media Script Writer to help scale this journey.

You'll take the lead on building high-impact social scripts that translate founder ideas, audience insights, and brand vision into compelling narratives, working closely with founders and creative teams.

What you'll do:

• Write high-impact scripts for short-form social videos (Reels, Shorts, etc)
• Craft hooks that grab attention within the first 13 seconds
• Apply filmmaking fundamentals story arcs, beats, tension, and payoff to social scripts
• Convert brand insights, founder inputs, and audience data into engaging narratives
• Develop repeatable, scalable formats and micro-storytelling IPs
• Iterate scripts based on feedback and performance metrics

What we're looking for:

• Strong grasp of pacing, dialogue, and emotional resonance in 3045 seconds
• Ability to write visually clear, camera-friendly, and social-native scripts
• Understanding of social media dynamics hooks, retention, and watch-time
• Comfortable working closely with founders in a fast-moving, high-ownership setup
• Strategic + scrappy mindset think big, execute fast
