Social Media Producer

XDuce is building a new creative engine and we're looking for a vibrant, trend-savvy, content-obsessed Social Media Producer who can turn boring IT topics into content people actually want to watch, read, and share.

If you think in hooks, reels, stories, memes, sound bites, micro-content, video edits, motion, and personality, this role is made for you.

This isn't a post 5 graphics per week job.

This is your chance to shape the public personality of a global tech group operating across India, the US, UK, and Europe.

What You'll Do

• Own XDuce + SANS + Fizen's social media presence across all platforms (LinkedIn, Insta, YouTube, X, & more).
• Create scroll-stopping content video-first, fast, modern, and trend-aligned
• Turn complex tech topics into human, relatable, fun stories
• Build platform-specific content strategies that actually work
• Produce short-form videos, reels, interviews, behind-the-scenes content
• Collaborate with designers, writers, product teams, and leadership
• Track trends daily and respond with SPEED
• Experiment with formats, tones, and narratives to build engagement
• Bring fresh, bold ideas that elevate XDuce's brand

Who You Are

We don't care whether you have 2 years or 12 years of experience.

You are someone who:

Has strong communication + writing skills

Can shoot and edit video content (even on phone that's enough!)

Understands trends, reels culture, hooks, and storytelling

Loves experimenting with ideas that feel new

Knows how to make an IT company feel cool, modern, and human

Is organized, proactive, self-driven

Thinks like a creator, not a poster

Enjoys being part of a global, fast-moving environment

Brings energy into every project

Bonus if you have:

Experience with social analytics + content optimization

Comfort being behind (or even in front of) the camera

Familiarity with creative tools (CapCut, Premiere, Canva, Figma, etc.)
