Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media & Performance Marketing Executive. Based in Noida, the role provides the flexibility of partial work-from-home options. The selected candidate will manage social media campaigns, strategize and execute performance marketing initiatives, and analyze marketing metrics to optimize results. Daily tasks include creating targeted marketing plans, conducting market research, and collaborating closely with other teams to align strategies with organizational goals.Person should be good in Linkedin & Sales Navigator application

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Market Planning and Market Research to analyze industry trends and develop actionable strategies.
• Excellent proficiency in Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
• Experience in Sales and Marketing to drive campaign success and meet organizational objectives.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics is a plus.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferrable
