Role Summary / Job Overview

The Executive Assistant cum Content Creator role exists to support leadership through seamless coordination, clear communication, and consistent content creation. This position plays a critical role in managing daily executive tasks while strengthening the brand's digital presence across platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and respond to official emails in a timely and professional manner

Handle LinkedIn service requests and create regular LinkedIn posts

Plan, create, and edit Instagram reel content

Develop written and visual content aligned with brand voice and values

Required Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline

Strong written and verbal communication skills

13 years of experience in a creative or digital marketing agency

Prior experience supporting senior leadership

Skills and Competencies

Content creation for LinkedIn and Instagram

Basic video editing for reels

Social media management tools

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Attention to detail and professionalism

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Reporting Structure

This role reports directly to the Founder and Lead Image Consultant.

The position does not have direct reports.

Location: South Delhi

On-site role at our Nehru Place office

This is an in-person role only.

Compensation: 28,000 32,000 per month
