Job Overview
We are seeking a Social Media Operations Specialist to support large-scale social media initiatives through structured account setup, configuration, and ongoing operational management. This role requires strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, and experience managing multiple social media environments efficiently while adhering to platform policies and internal compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Account Development & Configuration
- Build, configure, and provision social media accounts from the ground up on a weekly or bi-weekly basis (approximately 2530 accounts per week).
- Customize account setups based on defined use cases such as social media management, product review profiles, and analytical or testing environments.
Content & Activity Management
- Create, schedule, and publish content aligned with the assigned persona or use case of each account.
- Perform routine engagement activities including following relevant pages, interacting with targeted content, and supporting campaign objectives.
Operational Maintenance
- Manage high volumes of login credentials securely and accurately.
- Handle OTP (One-Time Password) and 2FA verification workflows as required.
- Monitor account health and ensure continued activity and policy compliance.
Technical & Environment Support
- Maintain and operate within a Windows 11 environment.
- Perform basic system updates, troubleshooting, and hardware/software issue resolution.
- Support daily operations using approved tools and workflows.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience
- Proven experience creating and managing high volumes of social media accounts in an operational or testing environment.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and account lifecycle management.
Security & Access Management
- Hands-on experience managing 2FA, OTP workflows, and secure credential handling.
- Familiarity with access control and verification processes.
Technical Skill Set
- Experience working with:
- Anti-detect browsers
- VPNs and proxy solutions
- Credential management and verification tools
- Strong working knowledge of Windows OS, including basic troubleshooting.
Tools & Platforms
- Experience with social media scheduling and management tools such as:
- Buffer
- Hootsuite
- Native platform schedulers
Preferred Qualifications
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in high-volume operational environments
- Understanding of compliance, risk management, and platform guidelines
