Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Officer, based in Tiruppur. The Social Media Officer will be responsible for planning and executing daily social media activities, including content creation, social media marketing, and optimization. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategies, crafting engaging content, and monitoring social media analytics to improve performance and engagement. Qualifications
- Proven skills in Social Media Content Creation and Writing to produce impactful and engaging posts
- Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to enhance audience engagement and reach
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate with teams and effectively represent the brand's voice
- Knowledge of analytics tools to track and measure social media performance
- Capability to stay informed on social media trends, hashtags, and platform updates
- Experience with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
