Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in New Delhi. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating compelling content, optimizing social media platforms, and analyzing engagement metrics. Additional duties include managing social media communication, ensuring brand consistency across channels, and staying updated on emerging trends to maximize online presence.

- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong skills in Content Strategy and Writing
- Excellent Communication skills tailored to diverse platforms and audiences
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements
- Knowledge of branding and emerging trends in digital media
- Experience in project management and meeting deadlines effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Previous experience managing social media accounts for businesses is preferred
