Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager
Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager who understands the full spectrum of digital marketing. The ideal candidate is someone who can plan, execute, optimize, and scale online marketing campaigns across all major platforms while managing brand presence, generating high-quality leads, and driving measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement end-to-end digital marketing strategies across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and other platforms.
Plan and manage paid ad campaigns focused on lead generation, sales, and brand awareness.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns using Google Analytics, Meta Events Manager, and platform dashboards.
Create monthly performance reports with insights, data interpretation, and optimization suggestions.
Manage all social media pagescontent planning, posting, engagement, and community building.
Conduct competitor research, audience analysis, and market trend mapping.
Build landing pages, optimize funnels, and coordinate with design/content teams.
Manage budgets, track ROI, and ensure efficient ad spend allocation.
Improve campaign conversions through A/B testing, creative optimization, and audience refinement.
Handle CRM integrations, pixel setups, and conversion tracking.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEO, SEM, and SMM.
Proven experience in lead generation campaigns.
Ability to analyze data, interpret performance, and provide actionable recommendations.
Creative thinking, problem-solving, and strong communication skills.
Minimum 24 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
Bonus Skills
Knowledge of automation tools (Zapier, Make, CRM tools)
Video editing and basic graphic design skills
