Experience Range: 6+ years

Build Bay6's executive and corporate presence on LinkedIn and YouTube, amplify launches/events, and convert engagement into pipeline with ABM/Offers. Xemplar support for portfolio consistency.

Role & Expectations (Bay6)

Own Bay6's social calendar and channel operations with a performance mindset. Create thumb-stopping content from customer proof, product demos, and thought leadership. Enforce UTM discipline and weekly readouts with actions. Be onsite to capture content during launches and events.

Job Responsibilities

Own LinkedIn (priority) and YouTube calendar; align to launches, offers, and ABM plays.

Produce short-form videos, carousels, doc posts, and threads; write hooks, captions, and CTAs for Bay6 personas.

Stand up founder/SME programs: briefing, ghostwriting, batching, and repurposing for executive handles.

Run channel ops: scheduling, moderation, escalation, and community hygiene with responsive SLAs.

Track performance with UTMs; publish weekly reach/engagement/CTR/assisted conversion readouts and next actions.

Create real-time content at events (booth walk-throughs, quick takes, customer soundbites); manage same-day approvals.

Coordinate with Copy/Design/Video to ensure narrative and visual consistency; maintain thumbnail systems.

Partner with ABM and Web/Ops to map posts to offers/LPs; test formats and posting times with clear hypotheses.

Manage rights/consents and social asset library; ensure compliance-friendly phrasing in regulated contexts.

Continuously benchmark competitors and industry voices; propose experiments and scale winners quickly.
