1. Strategy Development:

- Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies for various social media platforms in alignment with the overall marketing goals.

2. Campaign Setup and Management:

- Create, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

- Continuously optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve performance targets.

3. Keyword and Audience Research:

- Conduct advanced keyword research and audience analysis to refine targeting and ad messaging.

- Implement audience segmentation and personalization strategies for social media campaigns.

4. Ad Creative Development:

- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives that drive user engagement and conversions.

- Implement A/B testing to refine ad creative and improve click-through rates.

5. Budget Allocation:

- Manage campaign budgets effectively, making strategic adjustments to maximize spending efficiency.

- Monitor daily and monthly spending to ensure adherence to allocated budgets.

6. Landing Page Optimization:

- Collaborate with the web development team to ensure landing pages are optimized for conversion and user experience.

- Ensure landing pages align with ad messaging and calls to action.

7. Analytics and Reporting:

- Utilize analytics tools and platforms to monitor and evaluate campaign performance.

- Prepare regular reports with key performance metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimization.

8. Conversion Tracking:

- Implement and maintain conversion tracking to measure the impact of advertising campaigns on business goals.

- Identify and address conversion bottlenecks.

9. Competitive Analysis:

- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive strategies to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Benchmark campaign performance against competitors.

10. Team Leadership:

- Mentor and guide junior marketing executives in campaign planning and execution.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred).

- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media advertising.

- In-depth knowledge of advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, and other social media advertising tools.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Advanced knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.

- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to drive marketing initiatives to success.
