Role Overview
The Social Media Marketing Specialist is a critical, hands-on role focused on executing the brand's end-to-end digital presence. Beyond driving high social engagement, this specialist will integrate social media activity with email Drip Marketing and broader Marketing Automation platforms. The role requires a strong eye for design and user experience (UI/UX) to ensure content is visually optimized, along with rigorous Metric Tracking to prove ROI and inform strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy, Creation, and Design
- Develop, manage, and execute the daily social media content calendar across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, etc.).
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality visual content, including short-form video and carousels, ensuring all assets are on-brand and optimized for mobile viewing.
- Apply basic UI/UX principles to social media design and campaign landing pages to ensure visually compelling and high-converting user journeys.
- Demonstrate proficiency with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite for rapid content creation and iteration.
2. Marketing Automation & Drip Campaign Integration
- Design and implement basic Drip Marketing campaigns (e.g., welcome series, lead nurture) that integrate seamlessly with social media lead generation efforts.
- Set up and manage basic Marketing Automations (e.g., auto-responders, lead scoring triggers) within the CRM or marketing platform based on social media activity and form submissions.
- Track lead flow from social channel through to conversion within the automation system.
3. Performance Analysis & Metric Tracking
- Monitor, analyze, and generate detailed weekly and monthly performance reports using platform analytics, Google Analytics, and marketing automation dashboards.
- Focus on key metrics including engagement, reach, CTR, and lead conversion rates.
- Develop and maintain a dedicated Metric Tracking dashboard to provide transparent and actionable insights on content and campaign performance to stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven, hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to immediately relocate to Hyderabad, Telangana.
- Technical & Platform Proficiency:
- Demonstrated experience with Marketing Automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo).
- Proficiency in creating visuals using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with Metric Tracking platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, data studio tools).
- Design & Strategy: Foundational understanding of UI/UX design principles as they apply to social media content and web assets.
- Communication: Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
