Social Media Marketing Specialist

We're looking for smart, creative, hands-on Marketing Associates to join our team at TBB Agency.

This role is perfect for someone who loves content, social media, brand building, planning, and creativity.

You will work across different brand categories like jewellery and personal branding. creating content, managing social pages, and helping the brand grow every week.

This is a Hybrid , fast-paced, fun role with lots of learning and creative freedom.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

1. Content Creation & Execution

Shoot simple, aesthetic content for reels, stories & posts (mobile shooting is enough).

Create content for TBB's Internal and External Clients as needed.

Come up with daily content ideas and trend-based concepts.

Support basic editing (Inshot/ mobile editing tools)

2. Social Media Management

Help plan and schedule posts across ALL social media platforms - Instagram, Youtube, Linkedin etc.

Maintain content calendars for assigned brands.

Engage with comments, DMs & community where needed.

3. Brand Building Tasks

Research trends, competitors & new content ideas.

Create storylines, scripts, or simple captions.

Assist in planning campaigns, launches & collaborations.

4. On-Ground Support

Join product shoots, and store visits.

Support gifting drops, influencer visits, and brand events.

Coordinate with photographers, editors, or vendors when required.

5. Collaboration & Teamwork

Work closely with the Founder's Office / CSM.

Coordinate deliverables with the internal team.

Bring new ideas to the table every day.

You don't need agency-level experience just the right attitude and willingness to learn.

SKILLS THAT HELP

CapCut / VN / basic editing

Shooting on phone (reels, product shots, BTS)
