Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and creative Social Media Expert to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our social media strategy, running Meta and Google ads, leading content strategy, and coordinating with clients and internal teams. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, creativity, and hands-on experience in performance marketing and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
  • Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
  • Create and oversee monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals and marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and content writers to ensure high-quality, engaging content
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to audience interactions, and build community engagement
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance and social media metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Communicate with clients to understand goals, present strategies, and report performance
  • Manage and coordinate a small internal team or freelancers to ensure timely delivery of marketing activities
  • Stay updated on trends, platform updates and competitors strategies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, content strategy, or digital marketing roles
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Strong understanding of social media metrics, data interpretation, and performance analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in client communication and account handling
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • CBSE board background preferred
  • Organic Growth
  • Team management or leadership experience preferred
