Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven SMM Executive who can manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and drive brand growth through innovative strategies.

Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)

Experience: 0–4 Years

Salary between 10 to 40K INR Per Month

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and handle social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories)
• Stay updated with trends and create viral/relevant content
• Write compelling captions with proper hashtags & SEO keywords
• Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta & Google Ads preferred)
• Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions)
• Coordinate with design & content team for creatives
• Engage with audience (comments, DMs, interactions)

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of social media platforms & algorithms
• Creativity in content ideas & storytelling
• Knowledge of Instagram Reels & trending formats
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads / Paid Campaigns
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.
• Good communication & writing skills

Bonus Skills

• Knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.)
• Experience with video editing tools (CapCut, VN, etc.)
• Basic understanding of SEO & digital marketing
