We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to strengthen our online presence and grow our digital brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with Metro Chem's brand and marketing goals.
- Manage and grow our presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan monthly content calendars and ensure timely posting.
- Conduct competitor analysis and implement new trends/ideas to improve engagement.
Content Creation
- Create high-quality content including posts, reels, graphics, product highlights, stories, infographics, and short videos.
- Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, sales, operations) to gather insights for technical/product-based content.
- Write compelling captions, taglines, and hashtags tailored to the chemical and B2B industry audience.
Brand & Community Engagement
- Increase engagement, profile visits, and industry visibility by interacting with followers, industry pages, and potential clients.
- Build and manage brand reputation across digital platforms.
- Engage with chemical industry groups, forums, and professional communities.
Advertising & Analytics
- Run paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) to increase reach, lead generation, and brand positioning.
- Track analytics, generate weekly/monthly reports, and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Optimize posts based on performance insights and audience behavior.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in social media marketing (preferably B2B or manufacturing/chemical sector).
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn B2B marketing and industry-specific content.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or video editing tools.
- Understanding of SEO basics, paid ads, and analytics tools.
- Creative thinker with the ability to turn technical information into engaging content.
- Ability to multitask, take ownership, and work independently
