Role Description

This is a hybrid internship role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist based in Chandigarh, with a mix of in-office and remote work. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing engaging social media content, monitoring social platforms, implementing digital marketing strategies, and analyzing campaign performance. The role involves collaborating with the marketing team to develop campaigns and enhance the company's online presence.

Requirements

14 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content strategy.

Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.

Experience with Meta Business Manager & Google Ads Manager is a must.

Ability to shoot and edit videos independently.

Understanding of digital trends, meme culture, and audience psychology.

Strong communication skills written & verbal.

Basic design skills using Canva (advanced design skills are a plus).

Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple projects.
