Quickplus Business Consultants is seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist with 1 to 2 years of experience in social media management and paid ads. The first two months of this role will be remote, after which the position will be based in Kochi, Kerala.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content aligned with brand and business goals
- Execute and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns
- Analyze social media metrics and adapt strategies for data-driven results
- Strengthen branding and audience engagement through consistent messaging
- Monitor trends and implement innovative ideas to improve reach and engagement
- Coordinate with design and marketing teams for campaigns and promotions
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in social media management and ads
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize content and campaigns
- Solid understanding of branding and audience engagement tactics
- Demonstrated creativity and up-to-date knowledge of social media trends
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in B2B industry or agency environment is preferred
- Strong communication and content writing skills in English
