Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to manage, strategize, and execute social media activities for multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, engagement, and growth through effective content planning, community management, performance tracking, and client coordination.
Candidates with proven content writing and storytelling experience for digital platforms will be given preference.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning
Develop platform-wise social media strategies aligned with client goals
Create monthly content calendars and campaign plans
Identify target audiences, tone of voice, and content formats
2. Content Management
Plan, create, and schedule posts (static, carousel, reels, stories)
Coordinate with designers, videographers, and editors
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
3. Account Handling
Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
Publish content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.)
Monitor inboxes, comments, and mentions
4. Community Management
Engage with followers through replies, DMs, and comments
Handle customer queries professionally and escalate when required
Build and nurture online communities
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for clients
Optimize content based on insights and analytics
6. Paid Campaign Support
Coordinate with the performance marketing team for ad creatives
Support Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid campaigns with organic content
Monitor ad comments and leads
7. Trend & Platform Research
Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and new features
Identify viral trends, hashtags, and content opportunities
Recommend innovative content ideas to clients
8. Client Communication
Participate in client calls and meetings
Present strategies, reports, and content plans
Manage feedback, revisions, and approvals
9. Influencer & Collaboration Coordination
Identify relevant influencers or collaborators
Coordinate content execution and posting schedules
Track performance of collaborations
