This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist, based in Jaipur. Responsibilities include developing and implementing social media strategies, creating and scheduling engaging content, monitoring and analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with other departments to align campaigns with business goals. The role involves staying current with social media trends and best practices while ensuring consistent brand representation across platforms.

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
• Experience in Digital Marketing and general Marketing strategies
• Strong Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and engage effectively
• Analytical skills to track performance metrics and optimize strategy
• Familiarity with tools such as social media management platforms and analytics tools
• Prior experience in the furniture or lifestyle industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
