Who we want:

We are seeking a creative, organized, and tech-savvy Social Media Expert to manage and grow our presence across major social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter). The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital storytelling, skilled in content creation and video editing, and capable of building a consistent and engaging brand voice online.devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content (photos, videos, reels, stories, etc.) across all social media platforms.
  • Manage daily posting schedules, uploads, and downloads of content.
  • Edit videos and graphics using popular tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
  • Develop and execute creative campaigns to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Monitor trends on social media platforms and identify opportunities for viral or trending content.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a professional and brand-aligned tone.
  • Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency across all online platforms.
  • Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword optimization to improve content visibility will be an advantage.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience managing and growing brand accounts on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics, trends, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency in video and image editing tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and aesthetics.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals is a plus.
  • Must be able to Interface with multiple cross functional teams.
  • Having a decent number of followers on multiple social media accounts is a big plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred).
  • Relevant certifications in social media marketing, content creation, or video editing are a plus.
