We are a fast-growing Indian ethnic wear brand with both a strong e-commerce presence and a physical retail store in Bangalore. We are seeking a highly creative and proactive Social Media & PR Executive to manage and elevate our digital presence across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and publish daily content across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and other platforms.
Develop engaging reels, storytelling content, BTS, UGC, and trend-led ideas.
Manage monthly content calendars and brand communication.
Plan and organize in-store photoshoots by coordinating with models, stylists, makeup artists, and content teams.
Independently create aesthetic photoshoot and reel content using mobile devices.
Collaborate with senior management on campaign planning, festive offers, and launches.
Coordinate with the web development team to execute offer functionalities on the website.
Work with the design team to finalize banners, creative assets, and ensure timely publishing.
Conduct continuous research on competitor brands, reels trends, and campaign strategies.
Identify and collaborate with influencers, stylists, celebrities, and elite makeup artists to strengthen PR and drive traction.
Handle community engagement including responding to DMs, comments, and customer queries.
Skills & Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or content creation.
Strong understanding of the Indian ethnic wear and fashion industry.
Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual aesthetics.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
