Social Media Manager(2-4 Years)
We're looking for a skilled and creative Social Media Manager who can own end-to-end social media strategy, content planning, and performance optimization for multiple brands. If you're strategic, data-driven, and love building strong online communities, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement platform-specific strategies across Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more.
- Plan and manage content calendars and rollout plans for multiple client portfolios.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.
- Create customized social media solutions for brands across eCommerce, services, startups, and diverse industries.
Content & Creative Management
- Write engaging content for social media posts, blogs, landing pages, and campaign assets.
- Ensure content is optimized for engagement, SEO, and conversions.
- Collaborate with design teams to create on-brand visuals and creatives.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
- Ideate, script, and plan reels and short-form video content.
- Oversee in-house execution of reels and social videos aligned with strategy and client goals.
Client Communication & Reporting
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and lead requirement-gathering calls.
- Track performance using analytics tools and share actionable insights through reports.
- Understand client goals and recommend strategies to strengthen brand presence and engagement.
Tools, Analytics & Tech
- Use social media management and analytics tools to track engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Support integrated marketing through CRM and email marketing workflows.
- Work with project management tools like Monday.com, Notion, Slack, etc.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads structure is a plus.
- Experience using AI tools for content ideation, writing, or trend analysis is an added advantage.
