Job Description:
Paid Campaigns
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and programmatic platforms.
- Manage audience segmentation, ad creative briefs, landing page alignment, and budget pacing.
- Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, and targeting to continuously improve CPL and ROAS.
- Track and report on key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, MQL volume, and recommend optimizations.
Webinars & Virtual Events
- Own the end-to-end webinar lifecycle: ideation, speaker coordination, platform setup, promotion, and follow-up.
- Build multi-channel promotional plans (email, paid, social) to maximize registrations and attendance.
- Repurpose webinar content into clips, blog posts, and nurture sequences post-event.
- Measure webinar-influenced pipeline and track conversion from registrant to qualified opportunity.
Social Media Distribution
- Develop and execute organic social distribution strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Build platform-native content calendars that amplify campaigns, product launches, and brand stories.
- Coordinate with design and content teams to produce carousels, short-form videos, and infographics.
- Monitor social KPIs - reach, engagement rate, follower growth, and optimize based on data.
- Use social amplification to extend campaign reach and reduce reliance on paid spend.
Community Engagement
- Build and manage brand presence in Slack groups, LinkedIn Groups, Reddit, Discord, and industry forums.
- Drive authentic engagement that positions the brand as a trusted voice without overt promotion.
- Identify and nurture brand advocates, power users, and potential community champions.
- Organize AMAs, roundtables, and virtual meetups to deepen community relationships.
- Gather community insights and share product feedback loops with the product and marketing teams.
Reporting & Collaboration
- Build and maintain demand generation dashboards tracking full-funnel metrics from impression to revenue.
- Align with the Sales team on lead handoff, SLAs, and feedback to improve MQL-to-SQL conversion.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing on positioning, messaging, and campaign briefs.
