Role Overview
We are looking for a highly execution-focused Social Media Marketing Specialist who understands that social media today is about content, speed, storytelling, and performance — not just posting.
This role requires someone who can think, shoot, create, and optimize content consistently.
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Execution
- Plan and execute high-volume social media content (reels, posts, stories)
- Shoot content (reels, BTS, brand storytelling)
- Understand hooks, retention, pacing, and storytelling in short-form content
- Apply strong basics of camera angles, lighting, framing, and composition
- Work closely with designers and video editors
Content Strategy & Platform Understanding
- Understand what works on Instagram today (algorithms, formats, trends)
- Focus on content performance, not just posting timing
- Build and execute content calendars aligned with growth goals
- Continuously test formats, hooks, and ideas
Performance & Growth
- Track:
- Reach
- Engagement
- Saves / Shares
- Follower growth
- Identify what's working and double down on winning content
- Optimize content based on insights
AI & Tools (Important)
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, CapCut AI, etc.) to:
- Improve content speed
- Generate ideas
- Optimize captions and hooks
- Stay updated with new tools that improve content efficiency
Communication
- Write strong, clear, and engaging captions
- Maintain consistency in brand tone and positioning

- Hands-on executor (not just planner)
- Strong understanding of content shooting basics (critical)
- Knows how to create engaging short-form content
- Understands:
- Hooks matter
- First 3 seconds matter

Required Skills
- Social Media Marketing & Content Creation
- Basic video shooting & content direction
- Understanding of short-form content dynamics
