Key Responsibilities

Develop monthly content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & LinkedIn

Create high-quality reels, posts, stories & carousel content

Manage DARE Academy's social media presence and brand voice

Research real estate & education-industry trends for content ideas

Collaborate with the design & video team for production

Run Instagram & Facebook ad campaigns (lead generation focused)

Track insights, analyse analytics & optimise performance

Grow followers, engagement, and student admission conversions

Handle community engagement (DMs, comments, queries)

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Instagram & YouTube algorithms

Ability to script content and plan high-converting reels

Creative thinking with good communication skills

Experience in education or real estate marketing is a plus

Basic editing knowledge (CapCut, Canva, Adobe preferred)

Ability to work under deadlines

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or equivalent

13 years of social media management experience preferred

Portfolio of previous work required
