MY SOLAR is a fast-growing solar manufacturing company committed to quality, innovation, and sustainability. We provide complete solar BOS material solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects.

What You'll Do:

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals

Create and manage content calendars (posts, reels, stories, videos, etc.)

Run paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and Google Ads

Track, analyze, and report social performance (engagement, reach, leads, ROI)

Engage with community respond to comments, messages, and industry posts

Collaborate with design, sales, and leadership teams for campaign alignment

Stay updated on trends, platforms, and performance tools

What We're Looking For:

13 years of experience in social media marketing (B2B/solar preferred)

Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads

Strong content creation, writing, and visual storytelling skills

Bachelor's in Marketing, Mass Communication, or relevant field

Analytical mindset with focus on ROI and performance metrics

Bonus Skills:

Basic SEO for social media

Experience with WhatsApp Business and email marketing tools

Knowledge of solar or renewable energy industry

You'll Be Measured On:

Consistent post frequency and content quality

Growth in engagement, followers, and leads

Campaign performance (CTR, CPL, ROI)

Social media's contribution to brand visibility and sales
