At Crossroads Digital, we work with a diverse portfolio of brands across real estate, hospitality, education, B2B, lifestyle, jewellery, and events.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of agency experience handling multiple brands.
• Strong skills in content strategy, planning, and creation.
• The ability to write compelling hooks, plan engaging carousels, and develop content that captures attention.
• Hands-on experience publishing and managing content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn using Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn.
• Experience using AI tools and other platforms to improve content ideation, planning, and workflows.
• The ability to manage multiple brands while maintaining quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
