Job Description

We are looking for a Senior SMM & GTM Marketing Expert who will own and lead our entire Social Media and Digital Growth engine across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, X, and other relevant channels. This is a high-impact role focused on building Crossml Pvt Ltd's brand as a leader in AI and technology services, driving audience engagement, and generating qualified inbound leads.

Key Responsibilities:

1 - Social Media Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute SMM strategy + content calendar aligned with business goals. Manage daily social media posting across platforms (LinkedIn primary; YouTube, Instagram, X secondary). Create high-quality posts, graphics, carousels, short videos, reels, and thought-leadership content. Build audience engagement and grow Crossml Pvt Ltd's digital footprint.

2 - GTM & Demand Generation:
Build GTM campaigns targeting enterprise CXOs, AI leaders, BFSI, manufacturing, and other regulated industries. Drive qualified inbound leads through strategic content, awareness campaigns, and engagement funnels. Optimize messaging for target clients and refine our positioning for maximum conversion.

3 - Content & Brand Development:
Create compelling content, such as thought leadership articles, industry insights, customer narratives, and case studies. Establish Crossml Pvt Ltd as a trusted partner in AI and technology services. Ensure consistent brand presence across all digital touchpoints. Collaborate with design and product teams for unified storytelling.

Requirements

Core Skills & Requirements:

Minimum 46 years of relevant experience in social media marketing, GTM, or digital marketing, preferably in B2B service companies, technology, or AI-driven industries, with a proven track record of driving growth and engagement. Strong understanding of LinkedIn growth, B2B social media, and enterprise buyer behavior.

Strong design sense (Figma/Canva) with the ability to create high-converting visuals. Deep capability in creating high-quality content, carousels, GTM playbooks, and lead-generation campaigns.

Experience running SMM-driven funnels that generate qualified B2B leads. Ability to work closely with founders and operate autonomously. Passion for AI, enterprise technology, and continuous learning.
