About the Role
We are seeking a creative, data-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and optimize social media campaigns with a strong focus on AI-driven insights and analytics. This role blends creative content management with advanced data analysis to enhance audience engagement, improve campaign performance, and drive measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage social media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, YouTube, and professional forums.
- Leverage Generative AI tools to create compelling copy, visuals, videos, and other creative assets for social campaigns.
- Personalize content for different audience segments using AI-driven insights.
- Analyze campaign performance using AI-powered analytics to optimize engagement, reach, and ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns align with brand strategy and business objectives.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends using AI tools, recommending actionable improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging GenAI capabilities and implement innovative applications in social media marketing.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools for content creation, automation, and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with social media analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and visual storytelling abilities, with the ability to transform AI-generated content into engaging posts.
- Understanding of social media best practices, paid campaigns, and audience targeting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing, Social Media, or AI Marketing.
- Experience in B2B or pharma/healthcare marketing is a plus.
- Knowledge of emerging AI applications in marketing and content personalization.
