Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Paid Social professional to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across social media platforms. The role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on campaign management, and close collaboration with internal teams and clients to drive performance and scale growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Snapchat, and TikTok
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution including media planning, audience targeting, budgeting, and scaling
- Monitor performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and optimize campaigns accordingly
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and formats to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with creative teams to align ad copies and creatives with campaign objectives
- Manage and optimize monthly budgets to ensure maximum ROI
- Prepare performance reports and present insights, learnings, and recommendations to stakeholders/clients
- Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Social / Performance Marketing
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager (mandatory); experience with other platforms is a plus
- Good understanding of full-funnel marketing (awareness, consideration, conversion)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with campaign scaling and budget optimization
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
