Role Summary
We are looking for a Marketing & Social Media Executive to take ownership of our brand
presence, content creation, and social media platforms. The most important expectation
from this role is to ensure that our social media looks professional, premium, consistent, and
well-managed at all times.
This role blends content creation, social media management, LinkedIn outreach, shoot
coordination, and brand execution. The candidate will work closely with internal teams and
external agencies to maintain high-quality brand output across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management (Core Responsibility)
Manage and maintain professional social media presence across Instagram,
Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Plan, execute, and maintain monthly content calendars
Ensure all posts, reels, stories, and videos are well-designed, well-edited, and
brand-aligned
Maintain visual consistency, tone, and premium brand aesthetics
Actively track engagement and suggest improvements to increase reach and
interaction
Ensure regular posting, cleanliness of feeds, and content discipline
Content Creation & Creative Execution
Create marketing creatives including social media posts, banners, brochures,
presentations, and promotional material
Edit photos and videos for social media, website, YouTube, and campaigns
Assist in scripting and ideation for reels, walkthrough videos, and long-form content
Support YouTube content planning such as property walkthroughs, educational
videos, and brand stories
Write captions, short-form copy, blogs, and basic marketing content when required
LinkedIn Outreach & Brand Networking
Manage LinkedIn presence for the brand and leadership (if required)
Conduct structured LinkedIn outreach to brokers, channel partners, collaborators,
and potential clients
Support lead warming and professional engagement through LinkedIn activity
Coordinate with the sales team to align outreach with ongoing campaigns
Campaign & Internal Coordination
Work closely with the SEO & Ads Executive to align content with performance
campaigns
Support marketing campaigns, launches, site-visit promotions, and events
Assist sales teams with marketing collaterals and presentations
Maintain and organise digital assets (photos, videos, creatives, documents)
Requirements
13 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management
Proven experience managing professional social media pages
Knowledge with Google ads, meta and performance marketing
Strong sense of design, aesthetics, and brand presentation
Comfortable with Canva and some sort of photo/video editing tools
Good writing, communication, and coordination skills
Ability to multitask
