4 Way Technologies is an IT services company based out of Delhi in Okhla phase 2 and is well known for developing business critical web, mobile and SMART TV applications using cutting edge technologies.
We are looking for a motivated Social Media Specialist to effectively engage with targeted virtual communities and network users. Our aim is to achieve exceptional customer engagement, foster intimacy, drive website traffic, and increase revenue through strategic utilization of the social media marketing roadmap.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
Requirements & Skills
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), and presentation skills
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Any graduate preferably BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, Public Relations or any other related field
