Stay updated with current social media trends, tools, best practices, and competitors.
Respond to social media inquiries, comments, and direct messages promptly.
Assist with crisis communication and brand reputation management on social
platforms
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, HR to ensure consistent messaging
and brand representation
