Social Media Marketing Manager
- Location: Lajpat Nagar, Delhi (On-site)
- Work Schedule: 6 days/week (Work from office)
- Salary: ₹30,000-₹35,000 per month
About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager who can take complete ownership of our digital presence across platforms for a real estate consulting brand. This is a hands-on role requiring both strategy and execution — from planning content to shooting, editing, and driving measurable growth.
The focus is simple: build reach, grow a relevant audience, and convert attention into leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media channels: YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Plan and create content end-to-end — including shooting and editing images, reels, shorts, and WhatsApp stories using tools like Adobe Suite or Canva
- Coordinate with the sales team to shoot and produce property walkthrough videos
- Plan and develop content outlines for long-form LinkedIn posts aligned with brand positioning
- Track performance and build platform-wise analytics reports to improve reach, engagement, and follower growth
- Drive lead generation through content by improving visibility and audience quality
- Work closely with other marketing initiatives to ensure consistent brand communication across channels
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in social media/content marketing
- Strong execution skills across content creation (shoot + edit)
- Understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and content formats
- Ability to think in terms of what drives reach, retention, and engagement
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-ground environment (shoots, coordination, etc.)
- Basic understanding of real estate content is a plus (not mandatory)
