Social Media Marketing Manager

Hiring: Social Media Manager

We are looking for a Social Media Manager with strong hands-on experience, especially in YouTube & Instagram (followed by LinkedIn & Twitter).

If you understand content deeply — from ideas → scripting → execution — and are confident on camera, this role is for you.

Key Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in social media management

• Strong understanding of YouTube & Instagram growth

• Good communication skills with an extroverted, camera-friendly personality

• Ability to create/participate in face-led / talk-head content

• Knowledge of content hooks, storytelling & retention

• Experience managing content calendars & coordinating with teams

Bonus: Candidates actively creating content on their own profiles (especially face content) will be preferred.

• Plan & execute content strategies (video-first focus)

• Manage end-to-end social media operations

• Drive engagement, growth & performance

• Work closely with design, video & marketing teams

Compensation

₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month (based on skills & performance in interview)

Location: Work from Office (B Block, Sector 63, Noida)
